One Meditation Day
is a virtual monthly meditation practice. The day of practice is always on a
Sunday from 10am to 2pm US Eastern Time Zone.
It is free and open to all.
Whether you are a long-time meditator or new to meditation, you are most welcome
to join the One Meditation practice. Feel free to meditate for an hour or two. And, we encourage you
to give yourself to the entire time of practice.
In sitting together, we may become open and available to the Great Mystery that is ever present.
Open to that which is Greater, present and alive in us, as us, and through us.
Open to what is possible when we awaken to our own true nature.

How to Join
One Meditation Day is a virtual meditation practice gathering.
We use Zoom technology (see below)
which you can access from your telephone or from your PC.
Once you are on Zoom, you will be asked to enter the ID meeting or the PASSWORD
for this event which is listed below.
Free international numbers are available for most countries.
Please see the link below.
We begin at the top of each hour with the sound of a chime.
We then enter into a 45 minute meditation session.
And at the end of the session, you will hear the sound of the chime.
Each session is followed by a 15 minute break. You are invited
to remain in a quiet contemplative state during the break.
As you enter the virtual room, you are invited to hold silence.
Meditation sessions may include silent meditation, chanting, readings
from spiritual teachers, and live guided meditation with guest teachers.

"The Self is only one. If limited, it is the ego. If unlimited it is the Infinite and is the Reality. The bubbles are different from one another and numerous, but the ocean is only one."
